This is a given for us:

permanent employment contract

above-average hourly wage starting at 35 €

tax-free allowances of up to 28 € per working day

individual shift planning

company car upon request (including private use and fuel card)

high surcharges: 100% - holiday surcharge, 50% - Sunday surcharge, 25% - Saturday surcharge, 30% - night shift surcharge
