  • Leading a logistics team
  • Responsible for integrating, providing feedback, and developing employees
  • Attendance control / coordinating shift schedules / personnel planning and resource management
  • Responsible for monitoring and analyzing department metrics to ensure ongoing productivity and quality
  • Main point of contact for employees
  • Optimizing work processes in consultation with area management

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Natural, motivating leadership personality with previous experience in leading employees
  • Practical experience in logistics preferred
  • Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment
  • Good computer skills, especially in spreadsheets
  • Structured and resultsoriented work style
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Confident and persuasive
  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed
