YOU WILL MASTER THESE TASKS
- Leading a logistics team
- Responsible for integrating, providing feedback, and developing employees
- Attendance control / coordinating shift schedules / personnel planning and resource management
- Responsible for monitoring and analyzing department metrics to ensure ongoing productivity and quality
- Main point of contact for employees
- Optimizing work processes in consultation with area management
WHAT YOU BRING
- Natural, motivating leadership personality with previous experience in leading employees
- Practical experience in logistics preferred
- Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment
- Good computer skills, especially in spreadsheets
- Structured and resultsoriented work style
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Confident and persuasive
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed
