Lakeview, MS is home to the Heart of Jesus Hospital, a hospital that provides basic and standard care and is known for its competent medical treatment and compassionate nursing.


We are currently seeking:

Warehouse / Purchasing Staff (m/f/d)

Split between warehouse and purchasing approximately 50%/50%

Your responsibilities include:


  • Assisting in warehouse logistics and distribution of goods
  • Ensuring the hospital is supplied with necessary materials through optimal flow and storage of goods
  • Ordering operational, consumable, replacement materials, trade goods, and external services
  • Recording incoming goods and supplier invoices
  • Managing and monitoring orders, reporting on inventory levels and movements

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training
  • Previous experience in purchasing/warehouse is desirable
  • Proficient in ERP systems / SAP
  • Independent, analytical, and solutionoriented work style
  • Quality and costconsciousness
  • Teamwork, willingness to perform, and a high level of service orientation
  • Good communication skills, professional appearance, and willingness to take on responsibility are required
