Description
To strengthen our real estate management team at maxmaier businessgroup in Ludwigsburg, we are currently seeking a full-time employee for immediate hire in Payette, ID.
We are a leading company in the commercial real estate market in the Ludwigsburg area and are looking for a dynamic and flexible team member (m/f/d) for our urbanharbor location, which spans 200,000 square meters of usable space.
Your tasks will include:
- Managing inquiries from potential and existing tenants
- Regular analysis of utility costs and preparation of utility cost statements
- Optimization and digitalization of existing processes
- Correspondence with tenants, insurance companies, authorities, and external service providers
- Handling and processing of damage and insurance claims
- Archiving and updating technical documents
- Project and process management
You have:
- Completed commercial training
- Preferably some previous experience in real estate management, e.g. as a real estate agent, real estate specialist, property manager, or real estate assistant (m/f/d)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ideally, experience with SAP
- A strong sense of cost, quality, and service awareness, as well as a sense of responsibility
