Description

Our client is a renowned corporation in the healthcare industry. As part of a succession plan, they are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager (m/f/d) for their location in the Lone Oak area.

Responsibilities:

You will take on the overall management and development of the HR department with over 20 employees in line with the clinic's strategy and be responsible for the entire personnel budget
In addition to developing strategies for recruiting skilled workers and promoting sustainable employee retention, you will also further develop personnel controlling as a strategic management tool
You will manage personnel development (especially leadership development) and support organizational development in the clinic
You will initiate process optimizations in the HR department and drive the digitization of personnel processes
Advising and supporting the management, hospital management, department heads, and chief physicians on all personnel and labor law issues is also part of your responsibilities, as well as involving and collaborating with internal and external committees, including leading negotiations for company agreements, contracts, and concepts
You will maintain close communication and collaboration with the HR department heads of other locations as well as with the HR department of the corporate holding company and contribute to the implementation of corporate HR policies
