Apprenticeship as a Service Specialist in Dialog Marketing (m/f/d) in Bonn Start:

What to expect:

You will support our customers and understand their needs through direct communication: whether on the phone, in chat, or via email, you will provide excellent service
You will acquire new customers and strengthen the relationship with existing ones
You will independently create presentations and present them afterwards 1/3 of the apprenticeship time will be spent at vocational school, where you will learn additional content
You will be mentored by experienced trainers to become a communication professional What sets you apart:
High school diploma with good grades in German and mathematics
You enjoy communicating and interacting with people
Good German language skills (at least C1 level) Disabled applicants will be given special consideration if equally qualified

What you deserve:
