In addition to K-12, they also excel in Healthcare, Public Sector, and Sports facilities construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain efficient workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and quality control.
Implement and enforce OSHA regulations and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Utilize your expertise in K12 projects to ensure the successful delivery of educational facilities to the highest standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Superintendent, managing projects from $15M and above, with a focus on Ground-Up Commercial construction.
Strong tenure with a minimum of 5+ years at previous companies, demonstrating commitment and reliability.
OSHA 30 certification is mandatory.
Experience with K12 projects is highly desirable, showcasing your understanding of the unique requirements of educational facilities.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills.
A passion for excellence and a dedication to delivering highquality projects on time and within budget.
