The dual study program at the Dual University is characterized by a mix of theory and practice. One semester consists of a three-month theory part and a three-month practical part. You will study for a total of six semesters.
We work together with the Dual University in Villingen-Schwenningen for this degree program.

  • You will learn how to successfully advise and support AOK insured members and their families in special situations,
  • how to create help plans together with our customers and provide support in their implementation,
  • how to support the initiation of measures for medical, vocational, and social rehabilitation,
  • how to organize support for sick and disabled people based on psychosocial aspects,
  • how to activate the social environment and self-help potential of sick and care-dependent people,
  • how to utilize the networking of support systems.
