Job Description:


  • We are currently seeking a Home Manager (m/f/d) for our senior living and care center "Am Finkenhügel" in Stadtilm, Hampton, IA.
  • This is a fulltime position with the possibility of a permanent contract after an initial fixedterm contract.
  • As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading and organizing the processes and operations within the facility, as well as supervising all employees.
  • You will motivate and guide the employees through a cooperative leadership style and implement targeted measures for personnel development in accordance with the organization's personnel development concept.
  • You will ensure the implementation and continuous development of the facility's care and support concept.
  • You will be responsible for initiating and implementing measures to internally develop and maintain the structure, processes, and quality of outcomes.
  • You will participate in the creation of the annual budget plan, ensure budget compliance, and continuously analyze the facility's economic indicators.
  • You will prepare for the admission of residents and maintain contact with family members, legal guardians, and other individuals closely related to the residents.
  • You will work with the organization to develop strategies for adapting to changes in the market and ensure the facility's integration into the community.
  • You will maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, funding agencies, and government authorities and promote collaboration with them.
