Technical Employee (m/f/d) - Claims Processing

We are looking for:


On behalf of our client in 84478 Waldkraiburg, we are currently seeking a technical employee (m/f/d) for claims processing to start as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:


  • Communication with customers in the virtual intake area
  • Diagnosing malfunctions in motor vehicles
  • Creating cost estimates
  • Conducting information and consultation discussions with customers
  • Coordinating appointments with workshops, customers, and subcontractors
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Advising customers on the purchase of accessories and additional equipment
  • Creating expert reports

Requirements:


  • Completed technical vocational training with a focus on automotive engineering
  • Further training as an expert or claims assessor
  • Extensive understanding of vehicles
  • Proficiency in German language (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of vehicle damage/claims processing
  • Computer skills in MS Office (mandatory)
  • Teamwork, structured work approach, flexibility
