About us

We are the Bold Academy, an educational institution for professional development in the field of digital sales. Our mission is to provide career opportunities in sales for career changers. We believe that sales skills are not innate, but can be developed through targeted training and practice. Through our innovative teaching methods and practical courses, we have already trained numerous talents to become successful digital sales managers.

For our "Digital Sales Manager" training program, we are looking for a trainer with a strong background in sales and CRM knowledge to educate our course participants at our Berlin campus.

Start date: June 1, 2024

Your responsibilities

Course leadership: You will lead our 9-month course and teach the relevant knowledge for a career in digital sales. In the mornings, you will conduct classes, and in the afternoons, you will support our participants with self-study, with the assistance of a teaching assistant.

Module optimization: You will have an overview of the participants' performance and can adapt the teaching concept to their individual needs. Together with the teaching team, you will continuously improve the course content.

Mentor role: You will provide individual support to participants with any questions related to the training and prepare them for their career in digital sales.
