Your Responsibilities


As Sales Manager (m/w/d) for approval procedures of infrastructure projects in the energy sector, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and management of the sales team.

  • Development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Leadership and motivation of the sales team
  • Acquisition and support of key accounts
  • Establishment and maintenance of customer relationships

Your Profile

  • Completed university degree in sales, marketing or a comparable field of study
  • Several years of experience in sales of services, ideally in the field of approval procedures
  • Demonstrable success in leading sales teams
  • Knowledge of public law in the field of infrastructure projects
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
