JOB DESCRIPTION


The Chair of Sustainable Energy Materials is currently seeking a TECHNICAL EMPLOYEE IN THE FIELD OF ANALYTICS (Chemical-Technical Assistant, Chemical Laboratory Assistant, possibly also Biological Technical Assistant, Biological Laboratory Assistant) (m/f/d), part-time 50%.


Your Profile:

  • Completed training as a Chemistry/Biology Technician or equivalent education
  • Knowledge in analytics, ideally with ICP-MS or willingness to familiarize oneself with the subject area
  • Enjoyment of working in an international, dynamic team
  • High level of initiative, flexibility and openness to new tasks
  • Willingness to further education and training in foreign materials

Your Tasks:

  • Development of analysis methods and implementation of instrumental analytics
  • Organization and optimization of daily laboratory work
  • Assistance in setting up and conducting experiments
  • Collaboration in research projects and publications
  • Participation in team meetings and discussions
  • Maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
  • Documentation and evaluation of experimental results
  • Support in the preparation of scientific reports and presentations
  • Continuous learning and staying up-to-date with new developments in the field of sustainable energy materials.
