For our AWO youth group home in Lehrte with locations at Ahltener Straße 10/Westende 2, 31275 Lehrte, we are looking for a:

Educator, Special Needs Educator, Special Needs Caregiver or equivalent qualification (m/f/d)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Pedagogical design of daily life with and for the adolescent residents
  • Promotion of individual and social development
  • Conceptualization, implementation and followup of group and leisure activities
  • Work with parents/families and documentation
  • Independent and responsible work based on the concept and mission statement of AWO

Working hours:
between hours per week possible
