Your responsibilities:

Ensuring the smooth operation of market communication processes and supporting the implementation of business processes
Handling and monitoring market communication processes according to GPKE, GeLi Gas, and WiM
Independently analyzing and resolving clearing cases, and if necessary, contacting market partners, customers, and IT service providers to resolve issues
Responding to written and telephone inquiries from customers and market partners regarding meter readings and master data

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial or technical vocational training
Relevant knowledge of the energy industry and legal foundations, such as GPKE, GeLi Gas, and WiM, is desirable
Experience with ERP-Schleupen is an advantage
