Service Advisor (m/f/d) for Mercedes.

Your responsibilities:


  • You will be in daily contact with our customers and act as the interface between the dealership and the customer
  • You ensure smooth workflows and planning within the service business
  • Your daily tasks include vehicle acceptance through dialogue acceptance, as well as creating workshop orders and cost estimates
  • You sell financial services, such as extended warranties, maintenance and inspections, as well as spare parts and workshop hours

Your qualifications:


  • You have completed a commercial or technical training in the automotive sector
  • Ideally, you are already certified as a GASB
