For the Corporate Governance department in the Management area of Finance, Infrastructure, and Digitalization, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as our new
Compliance Officer (m/f/d).


Your responsibilities:


Support in establishing and further developing a Compliance Management System according to IDW PS 980 - Comprehensive handling of compliance cases and ad hoc support in the Compliance Office during investigations and controls, specifically in the clinical area - Participation in a holistic risk analysis regarding violations and conflicts of interest within the company - Independent design and implementation of target group-specific compliance trainings - Policy management - Support and advice for departments and employees regarding compliance with relevant regulations - Independent development of measures to implement a sustainable compliance culture - Participation in the preparation of scientific opinions on compliance-related issues - Occasional support in the areas of whistleblower protection and supply chain due diligence law.


We are looking for:

Completed university degree in law, economics, psychology, or healthcare management - Several years of professional experience in the compliance field or in the healthcare industry - High sense of responsibility - Solution-oriented, independent work style with strong analytical skills - Confident communication skills
