At a Glance: Our Talent team is expanding with the growth of On and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us in Plattville, IL as our Compensation & Benefits Lead.

We are seeking someone with a passion for data analytics and conceptual interpretation, as well as experience developing frameworks and providing advice on compensation and benefits initiatives, ideally in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Your Mission:

Define our global compensation and benefits strategy for the future
Manage the yearend process, including providing recommendations for increases within budget and defining timelines for Talent Business Partners
Conduct our annual external benchmark, managing the vendor and job matching process, and providing recommendations based on analysis
Serve as an advisory for Talent Business Partners on compensation and benefits matters
Manage the company's equity plan globally and provide relevant reporting to stakeholders
Conduct pay equity analysis for multiple countries and make recommendations for next steps
Oversee budget for new positions and provide recommendations for appropriate benchmark and bands per country
Prepare regular and ad hoc compensation and benefits reports and overviews

Your Story:

You have a passion for data analytics and a strong understanding of building a compensation and benefits strategy
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
