As part of our finance team, you will ensure the financial integrity of our organization and provide support in the area of accounting


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the processes for travel expense reports according to internal and tax regulations
  • Handling areas managed by our shared service center
  • Being the first point of contact for our employees regarding any questions about travel expense reports
  • Assisting in the development of internal travel expense report processes
  • Taking on special tasks to round out your responsibilities

What you bring - Skills that shape the future

  • Completed commercial training or degree, several years of experience in accounting for travel expenses
  • Strong customer service orientation and a confident and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues
  • Proactivity and ability to implement tasks
  • Solid English skills, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of SAP and Concur, and proficiency in modern office communication tools
