Your Responsibilities

You actively monitor changes in laws and derive technical changes to processes for toll exemptions
You answer legal questions regarding toll exemption cases and coordinate with the legal department or the responsible department of the client
You regularly exchange information with colleagues from the Control Service Team on topics related to toll exemptions
You support the further development of our area of responsibility by participating in projects
You review, evaluate, and process toll exemption applications while adhering to legal regulations and manage nontollable vehicles in the system

Your Profile

Ideally, you have completed a degree in law or public administration
You have a solid understanding of legal principles
You demonstrate a qualityconscious and structured way of working
You possess a high level of initiative, reliability, and team orientation
