The responsibilities of the building management department include maintaining the role of the client, commissioning and managing external planning offices and service providers, ensuring compliance with operator obligations, and optimizing the management of buildings throughout their entire life cycle.

This makes building management a key contributor to the city's architectural culture.

We are currently seeking a
TECHNICIAN / MASTER IN THE FIELD OF ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING (M/F/D) for our building management department at the earliest possible date.

We offer a diverse and interesting workplace in a permanent full-time position, with a salary of up to pay grade 9b TVöD depending on personal and professional qualifications.
