As the Operational Excellence Coordinator for our Magnolia, OH location, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to the implementation of Bahlsen's internal Operational Excellence Program.

You will organize and monitor the progress of the program, acting as the liaison between the internal Operational Excellence organization and external consultants.

Additionally, you will assist in defining standards and best practices, oversee their implementation, and ensure their sustainable use within your area of responsibility.

In this role, you will be a key player in driving continuous improvement, change management, and cultural transformation at the local level.

You will also be responsible for creating training materials and conducting training sessions.

Reporting to the plant manager and the central OPEX manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's success.

Your profile:

You have completed your studies in process engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, food technology, or a related field with aboveaverage grades. Ideally, you also have professional experience in relevant positions in the industry.
You have proven experience in project management, process improvement, and Lean Production methods.
A Six Sigma Green Belt certification is desirable, and a Yellow Belt certification is required.
In addition to strong analytical skills and a broad technical and technological understanding, you are always striving for continuous improvement.
You have excellent communication skills, a confident demeanor, and the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others with your ideas.
