Job Summary and Qualifications

The Quality Review Nurse position encompasses multiple responsibilities including Core Measure chart abstraction, Stroke & STEMI chart review and coordination; performs concurrent chart reviews & is proactive in working with departments on timely corrective actions. Educates staff and physicians on Core Measures and documentation requirements. Develops reports. Will assist in assigned functions and/or reviews, as delegated by the Administrative Quality/PS/RM Director. This position is a M-F, 40 hours a week role, this is NOT A REMOTE position.

What qualifications you will need

:

Registered Nurse, prefer at least one year of experience

Registered Nurse Diploma

:

-
Previous experience working with Meditech desired.

:

-
CPPS certification preferred.

:

-
A sense of the hospital-wide functions. Computer experience, including Microsoft Office.

Experience working with data & reports and surveys helpful.
