Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and guide team members and junior developers to foster their professional growth
  • Design, develop, and implement computer vision algorithms and AI models to solve complex problems and address business needs
  • Utilize computer vision techniques to enhance realtime data analysis, object detection, and recognition capabilities within our applications
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate computer vision and AI solutions into existing products and systems
  • Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Conduct experiments, analyze results, and iterate on solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI, computer vision, and aviation/transportation technologies, and apply innovative solutions to enhance our products

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of industry experience in software development, with extensive knowledge in AI and machine learning technologies
  • Previous experience in managing a team or mentoring junior team members
  • Solid understanding of computer vision principles and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
