How you will help us on our mission and inspire others:
- Know each resident and family member and learn their meal preferences, likes, dislikes, etc.
- Anticipate customer's needs and requests.
- Engage residents and connect with them in a genuine, compassionate and memorable way.
- Assist with preparation and service of meals with a focus on quality, taste and appearance.
- Perform assigned duties on the culinary production line to assure meals are prepared on time and is ready prior to service.
- Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assist with and actively support all special events held within the community.
Duties:
- Take meal orders and serve resident meals
- Ensure that the Dinig Room is clean and sanitized at all times
- Bus tables and clean up after meals
- Assist with table setups and preparing Dining Room for meal service
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail
