  • Buying or Inventory Management experience


We are looking for a
Supply Chain Coordinator to support the Supply Chain function by completing inventory movements, data reconciliation, and validation.

Executes
SAP transactions and contributes to ad-hoc reporting.

  • Support
    Supply Chain Operations for
    plants, tolling operations, and import of products:(60%)
  • Execute daily entries and routine
    transactions related to SAP (
    inventory, QC, imports, master data, thirdparty transactional support, etc.), TMS load planning, execute purchasing receipts, invoice processing, and equipment tracking for Client and thirdparty sites.
  • Perform tasks associated with equipment fleet coordination, product reclaim, etc.
  • Validate and process vendor invoices
  • Support the Sales and Operations Planning, Execution Process by managing the following activities: (30%)

Reconcile inventory, execute SAP transactions

  • Monitor stock levels vs. stock targets.
  • Support Supply Chain initiatives, reporting, including digitalization: (10%)
  • Extract and organize data for ad hoc reporting

Requirements:


  • Buying or
    Inventory Management experience is strongly preferred
-
ERP Experience (SAP strongly preferred)

  • Proficiency with
    Power BI Dashboards is a plus:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Supply Chain/Logistics, Business, or Technical field preferred)
  • 13 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Customer Service, or Supply Chain Internship
  • Experience in Transportation Management Systems preferred
  • Proficiency with
    Microsoft Office Suite

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
