This position offers you extensive planning and implementation opportunities with a significant influence on the design of the working environment for employees with office workstations at our headquarters in Osnabrück.

This includes planning and implementing workstations for the upcoming construction phase as well as for the target concept. Your independent planning and implementation of project tasks is essential, always closely connected with a highly dedicated core team.

Project management of the subproject "Admin"
Detailed definition of the project scope based on existing specifications
Active planning, control, and implementation of relevant tasks involving all stakeholders in the project team
Assessment of the current workstation usage and close coordination with the target concept and changes with all relevant departments
Creation of milestones and project plans
Conscious use and management of resources (capacity, budget) as well as status reporting and documentation
Identification of design potentials for our building for a "refit"
Regular consideration of our Hellmann policy on mobile work regarding its impact on planning and definition of workstation requirements
