Each market hall is as unique as the region it is located in. But all GLOBUS market halls have in common that they offer space for development so that we can grow together.

Our market hall belongs to the GLOBUS Holding. A family-owned company, founded almost 200 years ago, with over employees today.

What to expect from us

You will start with us on a special welcome day, where you will get to know your team and all the other apprentices

Your apprenticeship lasts 3 years

Salary: 1st year of apprenticeship: 1,000 €, 2nd year of apprenticeship: 1,100 €, 3rd year of apprenticeship: 1,300 €

You will learn everything about hygiene rules and laws, how to plan personnel, organize processes, and what needs to be calculated to make the business successful

Tasks in the areas of personnel management and marketing will also be added

We will show you how to present dishes, different preparation methods, and how to provide good advice and service to our customers
