We are currently looking for:
social pedagogues, educators, deans, and special needs educators (m/f/d) to join our teams as night staff on a full-time, part-time, or mini-job basis in our residential groups and youth protection center

Your profile:
You have a degree in social pedagogy (Dipl./Bachelor/Master), or a qualification as an educator You enjoy working with people You possess organizational skills and the ability to work independently You are dedicated, reliable, and responsible You are a team player You have intercultural competence You are proficient in documentation Your tasks: Enforcing house rules Checking return times of youth Reporting missing minors to the police Ensuring quiet hours; preventing disturbances Conducting control rounds with room and attendance checks Crisis intervention in emergencies Conflict resolution and mediation Dispensing evening medication Contact person for post-traumatic stress symptoms in youth, such as sleep disorders and depressive moods Counseling and individual support for youth Assistance with academic learning Computer-based documentation of events and incidents Close cooperation with day staff Morning wake-up of youth We offer: Working in a dedicated team Flexible scheduling 50% pay during rest periods Additional 250€ exercise instructor allowance on a mini-job basis or up to 3,000€
