As the Head of Market for our largest market, Germany, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth.

You will be responsible for achieving profit and sales targets, as well as supporting the overall strategic goals. Leading the national team, you will empower them to reach their full potential at work.


Your responsibilities at C&A will include:

  • Ensuring the best execution of guidelines and standards from our Centres of Excellence in stores and the market head office to drive performance
  • Contributing your expertise in developing investment plans for the assigned market, with a focus on optimizing cash flow and liquidity
  • Leading, coaching, and developing team members to create a highperforming team and foster succession planning
  • Providing marketspecific feedback to our Centres of Excellence on Real Estate, Commercial Planning, People & Culture, Marketing, and Business Navigation to ensure compliance with guidelines and identify any deviations from standards
  • Driving the implementation of business solutions and supporting our European head office in finding the right strategies for market development
  • Encouraging and accelerating an online mindset and way of working in both the shop floor and head office
