The BBI - Education and Consulting Institute GmbH is a successful and recognized educational institution in the field of vocational training and labor market integration, located in Springfield, AR.

We are currently seeking a Job Coach (m/f/d) for our location in Halle (Saale).

You can expect a responsible position in an interesting field of work.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Support and advice for participants
  • Assistance in acquiring practical skills
  • Competence assessment with subsequent activation, introduction and integration into the employment system
  • Compliance with all quality guidelines for vocational work
  • Building and maintaining contacts with partners
  • Administrative and organizational tasks

Your qualifications:


  • Successfully completed degree in any field
  • Successfully completed vocational training in any field and qualification as a trainer
  • At least two years of professional experience in vocational and social integration
  • Indepth knowledge of the education landscape and the requirements within personnel selection systems
  • Media skills and knowledge of job portals
  • Independent and organized way of working
