Your responsibilities

  • With dedication and attention to detail, you will support the sales team of our regional company
  • You will create presentation and project documents, prepare statistics and evaluations, and take care of internal reports and settlements
  • With a lot of drive, you will support your colleagues in planning and managing projects such as rollouts in store organization or store openings
  • In addition, general administrative tasks will be on your agenda for example, coordinating appointments, preparing meetings, handling phone calls, and processing customer inquiries
Your profile

  • Enrolled student (university or college) preferably with a focus on business administration (BWL)
  • Independent, dedicated, and structured way of working
  • Organizational talent, communication skills, and reliability
  • Team spirit and enjoyment of working together with others to achieve something
  • Class B driver's license
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
