Technical Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Berlin / Munich
Role & Responsibilities
- In this position, you will be responsible for receiving and solving problems that are reported by our Customer Success team and cannot be resolved by them
- You will be responsible for thorough analysis of technical issues, including examining log files, databases, and configurations, and documenting this information in our support ticket system.
- Additionally, you will identify potential for product optimizations and work closely with various teams to develop technical solutions
- You will also be responsible for escalation management
- As a liaison between Customer Success, Account Management, Pre-Sales, and Product Engineering, you will ensure that solutions are found and conflicts are de-escalated.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in the IT field in areas such as software development, technical solutions, second level support, (technical) project management, or software engineering
- Academic background in engineering and/or advanced degree in a
