BMW Service Advisor (m/f/d)

What you bring with you:


- Completed technical training as a car mechanic (m/f/d) or similar

- Several years of professional experience and solid knowledge in the automotive sector

- Strong customer orientation

- Independent work & organizational skills


Your tasks include, among others:


- Coordination of repairs to be carried out

- Contact person for our customers in the service area

- Sales and pre- and post-processing of service services

- Ensuring customer mobility and managing replacement vehicles
