Güttler Logistics is a modern, globally operating, medium-sized logistics and freight forwarding company from Hof with partnerships in the general cargo sector, strong partners and its own fleet.

We are currently looking for a Commercial Employee/Logistics Team Leader (m/f/d) to join our team.

  • Position: Full-time, permanent
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, no weekends

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading a team of 5 employees
  • Planning and implementing new logistics projects
  • Responsible for bookings in the area of incoming and outgoing goods
  • Disposing and planning working hours of our warehouse staff
  • Communicating with customers and processing inquiries
  • Planning inventories and handling damage claims
  • Meeting deadlines and predefined quality metrics of our customers
  • Monitoring delivery calls and maintaining master data
  • Creating freight orders and ensuring timely order processing
  • Responsible for determining batch sizes, batch size procedures and disposition parameters
  • Conducting capacity assessments and ensuring
