Senior System Architect for Electronic Systems


Your responsibilities:


  • Technical leadership of a development team with internal and external partners for the system development of complex medical devices
  • Conducting requirement analysis and management in collaboration with the customer and internal project team
  • Deriving system architecture and allocating functionalities to the necessary disciplines (often consisting of software, electronics, and construction) with experts from each discipline
  • Creating system specifications and reviewing specifications of the individual disciplines and corresponding verification plans
  • Responsible for conducting risk analysis/FMEAs
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. ISO 13485, FDA guidelines)
  • Participation in the development of processes in development

Ideally, you bring the following:


  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Technical Computer Science, or a comparable field
  • Initiative, independence, and passion for structured work
  • Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and clearly communicate technical concepts
  • First experience in agile working methods
  • Experience or a strong affinity for system and requirements engineering, ideally in the field of medical technology
  • Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
