We are AWO pro:

mensch, a 100% subsidiary of the Berlin Workers' Welfare Association and therefore belong to the leading associations of the independent welfare system.

In late 1999, we started with a childcare facility and less than 10 employees.

Today, more than 300 colleagues work in 15 facilities in the areas of childcare, child and youth services, participation for mentally impaired individuals, and the administrative office.

To strengthen our team in the childcare department, we are currently looking for:


Early childhood educators for our Blumentraum daycare center in Marzahn-Hellersdorf
Our Blumentraum daycare center with 90 spots is located near the Hellersdorf subway station.

With our strength- and resource-oriented pedagogical work, we want to lay the foundation for children to independently shape their lives.

Promoting resilience and participation are particularly important to us. We are open from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
