#YOURMISSION

Strategic Management: Operational leadership and strategic direction of the plants and facilities in Saarland to further improve operational performance and accelerate growth.

Shared P&L responsibility with the commercial managing director

Production: Operational management and optimization of the multi-stage, complex production (small series production with technologies such as laser cutting, forming, welding) in multiple facilities based on key performance indicators.

Technology Optimization and Automation: Increasing the level of automation in all production processes, for example through the use of state-of-the-art robotics and handling systems.
