We are expanding our team and are currently looking for a dedicated Investment Controller (m/f/d) for our national and international companies to join us as soon as possible.

We are looking for someone to join either our Bremen or Hamburg location.


What you can expect from us:

  • Investment controlling and business partnering for the group and our individual companies
  • Independent management of all planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Provision of relevant information, including quarterly and segment reporting
  • Further development of existing planning, analysis, and control tools
  • Definition, implementation, and analysis of KPIs as a basis for operational and strategic control
  • Direct interface with the commercial managers of our subsidiary companies
  • Close collaboration with the board of directors, management, and central finance departments
  • Exciting project work

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed degree in business administration or a similar field of study
  • Several years of solid professional experience in (investment) controlling in a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills and confident presentation abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional and confident demeanor
  • Systematic and independent work style combined with a proactive and handson mentality
  • Experience in developing and implementing relevant control instruments
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of LucaNet and Unit4/Prevero is an advantage
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
