Our GOLDBECK assembly teams work on our diverse projects and assemble the components we manufacture on our construction sites.

Responsibilities
  • In your first year of apprenticeship, you will learn the basics of metal processing in our own training center
  • Gain knowledge in manual and machine material processing, various joining and forming techniques, and planning and preparing work processes
  • Learn how to read construction drawings and assemble components accordingly
  • After comprehensive training in various departments of our factory (including steel construction, metal construction, and sheet metal), you will work with us
  • Gain practical experience on our construction sites throughout Germany starting in your fourth year and learn the tasks of an assembly specialist
  • Combine theoretical and practical knowledge through our digital learning platform - we provide tablets for shared use
  • Practical training is supplemented by block visits to the Reichenbach Vocational
