In the
Youth Welfare Office of the city of Aschaffenburg, the above-mentioned position is to be filled as soon as possible on a
full-time basis.

The area of responsibility includes in particular:

Examination of eligibility requirements, approval and payment of outpatient, inpatient and semi-inpatient youth welfare services according to SGB VIII
Examination and assertion of claims for priority benefits from other locally and materially responsible agencies
Examination of cost recovery and determination of cost contributions
Processing of objections and lawsuits
Participation in the assumption or subsidization of parental contributions for childcare facilities and similar services.

The following qualifications are required:

Qualification for level 3 of the administrative and financial career path or completion of the second employee training course.

A good understanding of legal regulations; knowledge in the field of social legislation, especially SGB VIII, is advantageous
Independent work style and decisionmaking skills
Teamwork skills
Service orientation
Understanding of the special life situations of people who rely on the support of the office
Willingness to quickly familiarize oneself with new tasks and participate in further training.
