Your responsibilities
- Managing a team of approximately 6 employees in the field of new development and series support for electrically powered industrial tractors, both technically and disciplinarily
- Coordinating external development service providers as well as internal interface and service departments within the company
- Participating in long-term development planning and conducting group-specific capacity planning
- Contributing to technically challenging tasks and leading smaller projects in the development environment
- Ensuring and tracking project status and reporting
Your profile
- Completed university degree in the field of vehicle or mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
- Broad technical knowledge in the areas of mechanical engineering, drive and electrical engineering of mobile work machines, with several years of professional experience
- Ideally, experience in team leadership, preferably in a development environment
- Experience in leading smaller development projects is advantageous
- Expertise in product development
