  • Professional guidance and qualification of participants in the labor market project in adult education (introduction to digital formats)
  • Conducting regular individual and group discussions and developing individual goals and support plans for participants
  • Initiating and accompanying projects in the field of online editing, website maintenance, and multimedia
  • Documentation and reporting to the client
  • Communication with contact persons of the client and cooperation partners
