Your mission


As an employee for telephone sales support (m/f/d) at our location in Mannheim or from a home office, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers.

You will work closely with our clients and schedule qualified B2B business appointments with potential customers.

Tasks

  • Management and scheduling of B2B business appointments
  • Close collaboration with our clients and contractors
  • Enthusiasm for innovative products and services
  • Development of given customer potential
  • Crossselling and upselling to potential product extensions
Qualifications

  • Experience in call centers, telemarketing, or sales
  • Fluent in spoken and written German
  • Empathetic and teamoriented
  • Goaloriented and structured work style
