Brasserie Colette Tim Raue is a brasserie concept that was created as part of the Tertianum Premium Residences in Berlin, Munich, and Constance, and was designed by Berlin star chef Tim Raue. The focus of the three restaurants is on classic brasserie cuisine, but with the typical Tim Raue touch in terms of flavor and presentation, reflecting the current zeitgeist. The interior design continues the culinary concept: classic brasserie elements such as antique mirrors, marble tables, and mosaic floors are combined with modern design elements such as green leather upholstery and black-stained wood parquet.
