What to expect:

  • As an HCM Specialist (m/w/x), you will be responsible for 1st and 2nd level support in the HR team
  • You will analyze problems, find solutions, and support your colleagues
  • Administrative tasks, such as data maintenance and documentation, are also part of your responsibilities
  • As part of continuous process optimization, you will track and follow up on requests
  • In addition, you will support the team in various HR projects and have the opportunity to further develop yourself

What you bring:

  • A completed degree or comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in the field of HR with interface experience, ideally with Workday

  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
