What will your tasks be?
You will handle customer inquiries - both over the phone and in writing - regarding contracts, tariffs, and invoices
You will handle questions about supplier changes, electricity and gas connections, and their contracts on a daily basis
You are THE service partner and bring a smile to your customers' faces
What do we offer you?
A fixed salary (2,205.00€ gross) with a performance bonus of up to 2,400.00
