It offers various support services for children, adolescents, and families in need, tailored to their individual situations, problems, and needs.

These services range from outpatient measures in child and youth welfare, to residential and specific support in a home setting, to intensive individual support measures within the country.


We are currently seeking a part-time (at least 20 hours per week) Referent*in (m/f/d) for the management team to join our team in Aberdeen, OH.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Supporting the management team in organizational, operational, and strategic matters
  • Conducting research and preparing information on various topics
  • Independently managing, preparing, and organizing internal events, meetings, and conferences, including creating agendas and minutes in collaboration with company employees
  • Communicating within the company
  • Acting as a liaison with internal and external contacts
  • Taking on projects for the company
  • Supporting regional management in various areas of work
  • Goal and strategy planning
  • Process and system development
