SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz is currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on recruiting for our offices in Frankfurt, Mannheim or Munich.


Job Description:


  • Independently plan and implement internal and external recruiting processes for all legal positions
  • Manage and execute the entire applicant process (from job posting to onboarding) for all legal positions
  • Maintain contact with high potentials
  • Organize, accompany and execute applicant events and career fairs
  • Support and plan internal training events as well as programs for interns and trainees

Your Profile:


  • Completed university degree or alternatively completed commercial training, ideally with a focus or further education in human resources, business administration or economics
  • Preferably some initial experience in recruiting or HR (e.g. through training, internships or student jobs), ideally in the legal consulting field
  • Strong team spirit, selfinitiative and organizational skills
  • Structured, independent and resultsoriented work style
  • Passion for HR topics and motivation to actively shape our processes
  • Confident and empathetic demeanor
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in actively contributing
