To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Import Processing Specialist (m/f/d) to join our European headquarters in Düsseldorf as soon as possible on a full-time and permanent basis.

Your responsibilities

  • You will review customs declarations made by customs brokers on behalf of James Hardie Europe GmbH from a customs law perspective.
  • Your tasks include advising and managing customs brokers, as well as centrally monitoring import processes on behalf of James Hardie Europe GmbH.
  • You will prepare monthly reports for intra-trade statistics and review import duty notices and freight invoices.
  • You will support the IT-based internal control system (ICS) for customs, implement any necessary corrective measures, and assist with internal reporting.
